Unfortunately we don’t. We are experts in chip repairs so focus solely on this, which means we don’t offer polishing and re-sealing.

Do you fix chips, dents and defects in flooring?

Yes, our local team of experts can fix flooring chips and minor defect repairs.

How do you best match the colour of the existing flooring?

We use a proven colour matching system, with our local expert technicians comprehensively trained. This is a really complicated step in the repair process and can take the most amount of time.

How long does a flooring chip repair take?

There are a few variables that can impact how long a job can take. The key ones are the size of the chip or scratch, the colour and texture of the surface we need to match, and the amount of chips or scratches needed repairing.

I cannot recommend FIXN'CHIPS highly enough. When I emailed the company to request a quote for chips in 2 shower bases, Amy promptly replied to tell me that unfortunately they did not service my area. However rather than leave it at that, she went above & beyond to contact one of the other franchisees in another area, and see if they would quote my job. Naz from Gippsland contacted me almost straight away and we organised for him to do my job.

A week after we moved into our brand new house I dropped a casserole and it fell onto the floor smashing a small area of two adjoining tiles. They are quite large and the damage was noticeable, but we thought the only option was to replace both tiles, which would have been a big job. Consequently nothing was done and that was 7 years ago! I read an article in the local paper about Matt and Shannon opening Fix n Chips. I made contact and sent a photo of the damage. They made contact straight away, Matt came two days later and after an hour and a half the damage was fixed with no mess or need of replacing the tiles.
