I cannot recommend FIXN'CHIPS highly enough. When I emailed the company to request a quote for chips in 2 shower bases, Amy promptly replied to tell me that unfortunately they did not service my area. However rather than leave it at that, she went above & beyond to contact one of the other franchisees in another area, and see if they would quote my job. Naz from Gippsland contacted me almost straight away and we organised for him to do my job.
Naz was prompt, very professional and easy to deal with and did a fantastic repair for a good price, with the shower bases looking brand new.

A week after we moved into our brand new house I dropped a casserole and it fell onto the floor smashing a small area of two adjoining tiles. They are quite large and the damage was noticeable, but we thought the only option was to replace both tiles, which would have been a big job. Consequently nothing was done and that was 7 years ago! I read an article in the local paper about Matt and Shannon opening Fix n Chips. I made contact and sent a photo of the damage. They made contact straight away, Matt came two days later and after an hour and a half the damage was fixed with no mess or need of replacing the tiles. My husband and I were absolutely delighted with the result. Matt was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend their business.

I can’t recommend Fix and Chips highly enough! I recently had security screens installed and was left with two windows covered in screw holes — 24 in total! I honestly didn’t think anyone could fix the mess, but how wrong I was.

We contacted Fix and Chips over the Christmas - New Year break and they quickly came back to us and said their Hobart franchisee Gus Faithfull would contact us on Jan 6, which he did and was on site Jan 7 and carried out the repairs. Alan from Fix n Chips is a miracle worker. We had two large, noticeable holes in the glossy white tiles on our bathroom wall as a result of the heated towel rail having to be removed due to a renovation. I was resigned to having to put things in front of the holes until Alan turned up to fix the holes. He also repaired holes in the shower left by a bathroom caddy. I am astounded by what he was able to achieve, I cannot even find where the holes were no matter how hard I look! Alan was professional, friendly and such an expert in his field. I was genuinely astounded by the quality of Alan's workmanship. I had about 8 or so chips along the edges of my kitchen benchtop. He didn't just fix them, he disappeared them entirely! I still can't believe it. I keep looking at the bench trying to figure out where the chips used to be! Couldn't be happier. Thanks Alan.

I wasn't expecting much given my surface was textured bamboo laminate and impossible to match - or so I thought. Alan did an AMAZING job - without a close inspection it is nearly impossible to see the original damage. All done within 2 hours and a brilliant job topped off by service with a smile. I cannot recommend Alan highly enough if you have a damaged surface!

I have to say Fix 'n Chips are magicians. They were engaged by my insurer to fix a corner of the bath that had cracked off due to a smart speaker falling off a shelf onto it. I was a bit sceptical that it could be fixed, but sure enough, the technician rebuilt the corner of the bath and covered it with perfectly colour-matched resin. It is literally an invisible repair. I would 100% recommend them.

Matt came to fix a chip in a shower tile and after a short amount of time it disappeared! It really takes a good eye to be able to spot it. 100% recommend Matt to fix your chips! Great bloke and great service!

Highly recommend Gus for the repair of laminate benchtops. A lodger of mine left a hot pot on the bench top one night which heated it up and caused bubbling. Gus was able to come in, sand away the bubble, fill it and colour match it exactly. I can barely tell that it is a patch job! Can you?

I accidentally took a chunk out of a tile in a high traffic area of my home, and was facing the prospect of finding a tiler 2 weeks out from Christmas to replace a tile. He installed some protection around to avoid messing up my kitchen and took the required time to find the perfect color match and get an ideal filling texture. Two hours later, many would have considered the job done and left, but he stayed longer and kept adjusting the fix till the solution was perfect.

No rush, no cutting on the corner to maximize their short-term profits; these guys have a reputation to keep, and they know what quality means!

Craig from the Gold Coast was fantastic, very professional and took great care in his work. He fixed a chipped fire clay butlers sink for us and you can't see where the chip was atall . He matched the colour of the paint perfectly and was a pleasure to work with. He also guaranteed the paint for 2 years. I would highly recommend him .

"Chris" from Fix'n'Chips came to repair an small area of chipped enamel in our shower recess. I was incredibly impressed with the outcome. Initially, I was quite concerned the outline of the area to be repaired would be visible, but as Chris demonstrated, Fix'n'Chips has a specific method and training for colour matching and finishing. After approx. 40 mins., the job was completed, we could use the shower again and Chris left the area clean. He also gave us some great advice about what to do in these situations. We discovered, that similar repairs can be achieved on a variety of surfaces, so will have Fix'n'Chips back to look at one of our bathroom tiles that is cracked. Highly recommended for value, service and best of all, a very pleasing repair!
