FIX ’N’ CHIPS excludes any legal liability for any damage caused to the services we have provided you as the customer where the damage to the works occurs as a result of abrasives, chemicals and or cleaning. Heavy traffic, direct UV sunlight, dirt and salt air may also affect the longevity and colour of the surface repair paint.

 

NOTE:

FIX ‘N’ CHIPS invoices are subject to the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002. Goods supplied remain the property of FIX ‘N’ CHIPS until our invoices are paid in full.

In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
